Bonnie Glass

Intake Coordinator

“The best part of my job is greeting that person who has chosen to make the life altering step through the door and later to be reminded by that person how welcome they felt by a smile and the warmth they felt throughout their stay.”

Bonnie Glass serves as an intake coordinator in the admissions department where she assists callers in navigating the admissions process, verifies insurance benefits, arranges assessments, schedules transportation, and provides potential patients and family members with the necessary support and information for making a decision to pursue treatment.

Bonnie has extensive healthcare experience including working as a certified nursing assistant, psychiatric assistant, 911 emergency dispatcher, medical technician supervisor and a phlebotomist prior to joining the admissions department in 2013.  She was the proud recipient of the Thomas J. Frist Award in 1998 and the Fort Lewis Volunteer Fire Department Supporter of the Year Award in 2009.
