Inpatient Rehab

The real key to recovery from drug and alcohol addiction – to living a full, happy and healthy life, is to understand the disease of addiction and to learn new behaviors and coping skills.

Inpatient alcohol and/or drug rehab is not always easy or comfortable. However, if you approach your recovery from addiction with patience and with an open and positive attitude, you can change the course of your life. We know this from experience. We’ve seen how powerful the recovery process is and how positively people respond. In our rehab you’ll get to know others, and they’ll get to know you. And invariably, you will help each other recover from drug and/or alcohol addiction.

Each person in our drug and alcohol rehab program has an individualized addiction recovery plan. This may include all or some of the following: Group therapy, addiction education, individual therapy, group process, family therapy and twelve-steps. Certified addiction counselors, nurses and physicians conduct drug and alcohol recovery therapy sessions. Our staff nutritionist can work with you on an individual basis. Individual addiction recovery programs may also involve fitness program – fitness class at a local gym 3 times per week – this is part of the holistic approach to recovery from addiction – mind, body, spirit.

The Mount Regis drug and alcohol rehab recovery program will help you with some of the following:

  • Dealing with Grief/Loss
  • Learning Personal Effectiveness
  • Drug and/or Alcohol Relapse Prevention
  • Co-dependency
  • Stress Management
  • Emotional Management
  • Conflict Resolution
  • Impact of Drugs and/or Alcohol on Mind & Body

Your disease and your recovery are very much interconnected with your family and friends. We encourage you to involve friends and family in your journey to recovery from addiction. Family and friends are invited to visit three times a week during your drug and/or alcohol rehab program.

The drug and alcohol rehab program at Mount Regis Center can last from two to 45 days depending on individual needs.

There is always someone to take your call at Mount Regis Center – you’ll never get voice mail, always a real person who cares and can help anytime of day or night!
