Mount Regis Center provides no cost aftercare services as a routine part of your discharge plan. Aftercare services help you to maintain your hard-earned momentum toward long term sobriety and health. Staff counselors conduct our after care services and depending on your situation and what your individual needs may be, we can offer you support with counseling, group therapy, depression and traumatic life events.

Aftercare services at Mount Regis Center are free of charge for alumni for three months.

For those clients who live outside our area, our staff has developed an extensive aftercare provider network for you. Please keep this in mind: aftercare meetings should be viewed as an additional tool to help keep you moving forward in your recovery. They should not be seen as a replacement for 12 step meetings, which are essential to your long term recovery.
