Inpatient Alcohol and/or Drug Rehab
The real key to recovery from drug and alcohol addiction – to living a full, happy and healthy life, is to understand the disease of addiction and to learn new behaviors and coping skills.
Inpatient alcohol and/or drug rehab is not always easy or comfortable. However, if you approach your recovery from addiction with patience and with an open and positive attitude, you can change the course of your life. We know this from experience. We’ve seen how powerful the recovery process is and how positively people respond. In our rehab you’ll get to know others, and they’ll get to know you. And invariably, you will help each other recover from drug and/or alcohol addiction.
Each person in our drug and alcohol rehab program has an individualized addiction recovery plan. This may include all or some of the following: Group therapy, addiction education, individual therapy, group process, family therapy and twelve-steps. Certified addiction counselors, nurses and physicians conduct drug and alcohol recovery therapy sessions. Our staff nutritionist can work with you on an individual basis. Individual addiction recovery programs may also involve fitness program – fitness class at a local gym 3 times per week – this is part of the holistic approach to recovery from addiction – mind, body, spirit.
