Director of Food Services
As the director of food services at Mount Regis Center, Erin Keenan is responsible for ensuring that patients receive nutritionally balanced meals, taking into consideration specific requirements related to issues such as diabetes, Celiac’s Disease, and food allergies on a case-by-case basis. Prior to joining the Mount Regis Center team in 2016, Ms. Keenan served as a kitchen manager, delicatessen supervisor and banquet server. She also has extensive experience in the insurance industry. Ms. Keenan earned a certificate in Child and Adolescent Nutrition in 2016 and is pursuing an Associate degree in business administration at Virginia Western Community College.
