Matthew Lambert
Case Manager
Matthew Lambert is a Mount Regis Center alumni and a 2007 graduate of Roanoke College with a bachelor of arts in sociology. He is also a U.S. Army veteran who served as a Field Artillery Specialist stationed at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. As a case manager at Mount Regis Center, Matthew assists patients with acquiring sober housing post-discharge, aftercare treatment such as IOP, and/or individual counseling. He acts as a liaison between the patient and the judiciary system. Matthew describes being a case manager as “setting patients up to be as successful as possible after discharging from Mount Regis Center.” He has case management experience working with low-income individuals with severe mental health and substance abuse diagnoses. Matthew has also linked his clients with food pantries, civic organizations, healthcare providers, and educational goals.
